Confortable et accueillante partie de maison de campagne avec piscine privé à 5km de San Gimignano, fameuse cité médiévale. La maison a été récemment restructurée. A l’extérieur un grand jardin privé et bien entretenu. Les propriétaires qui disposent d’un accès indépendant, habitent le reste de la maison. Une belle terrasse couverte équipée pour les repas donne sur le jardin.
Villa Sabrina est idéale pour visiter la Toscane. Dans un rayon d’environ 60km, il est possible de visiter Florence, Sienne, Volterra et toute la région du Chianti Classico.
Accès à la propriété par une route non-goudronnée en bon état.

This was our second visit and again, Villa Sabrina lived beyond our expectations. The spacious and well equipped villa comfortably catered for my family of five adults. The pool was again, most welcome. The many personal touches make this a really special house.

This beautiful Villa is in a location within a 10 minute drive to San Gimignano. Sabrina is an extremely helpful and responsive host, from check in to check out. During our stay, she and her husband even helped us out by charging our rental car battery when we discovered it was flat one evening. The villa is comfortable and character-filled with all household amenities on hand. We arrived to a basket of groceries on the kitchen bench which was well-stocked for a meal, coffee and breakfasts. Thank you! A surprise cake (homemade by Sabrina) and bottle of wine during our stay was delicious and such a lovely, generous touch! The pool and surroundings are idyllic. A touch of paradise in Tuscany!

We stayed at this beautiful villa in Tuscany with two families and young kids (ages 1–5), and it was perfect. The house is stunning, super well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The pool was a huge hit, the landscaping was immaculate, and the views were just gorgeous. Sabrina and her family were incredibly kind and helpful—they truly went above and beyond, even helping us find dinner one night when one of our kids wasn’t feeling well. It’s also in a great location—very close to San Gimignano and other charming little villages, which made it an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. We’d love to stay here again! Highly recommend.

Unser Urlaub in der Villa Sabrina war einfach wunderschön! Da wir aufgrund der langen Anreise deutlich vor der angegebenen Check In Zeit da waren, habe ich mit Sabrina direkt gechattet (Die Nummer war dem Voucher von Posarelli Villas beigelegt) und der frühere Bezug war kein Problem. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft unfassbar schön und tip top gepflegt und sauber. Sabrina ist ein sehr herzlicher Mensch und hatte uns als Welcome Geschenk einen Fresskorb hingestellt, jeden Morgen machte sie den Pool sauber und kümmerte sich um den Garten und die Lounge am Pool, ohne dass man sie sah. Wir waren total privat und dennoch hat sie sich um alles gekümmert. Mitte der Woche stand plötzlich ein selbstgebackener Kuchen und eine Flasche Wein auf der Terrasse. Zum Check out bekamen wir noch Doggy Bags mit kleinen Wasserflaschen, Bananen und Erdbeeren für die Fahrt. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Wir haben es sehr genossen und empfehlen gerne weiter

Our stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect , from the fabulous location to the lovely pool and spacious Tuscan interiors. Surrounded by stunning scenery, it felt like a true retreat. The hosts were exceptional, warm, attentive and always accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for nine nights. Very conveniently located to San Gimignano and Sienna. Grocery store was very close as well. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, and we cooked all of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. Sabrina could not have been a more gracious host. Very easy to get a hold of and communicated anything that you need she was there immediately to assist. I would highly recommend this place to stay. It has a beautiful view of the entire valley and a 45 minute walk up to San if you feel so Inclined.

Lovely villa with stunning scenery and grounds. We were all very happy to be there.The villa was exactly as advertised, and just as lovely as the pictures demonstrated. It was much better than we expected. Sabrina was a wonderful host and surprised us with goodies throughout our stay. We all hated to leave but I hope to return.

A wonderful and comfortable villa in a beautiful and convenient location. The pool area is superb with comfortable lingers and chairs. The outdoor seating area easily sat six people and made a great focal point for meals.
Queries were dealt with quickly by Sabrina, who we didn’t see during our stay. We were completely private despite being semi detached.

We have just come back from a fabulous week spent at Villa Sabrina.
As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by Sabrina, who had left a wonderful welcome pack for us.
We jump straight into the immaculate pool, which is perfect for families of all ages with its three height levels. The water was beautifully clear and warm - even first thing in the morning - and throughout the week we spent many, many happy hours splashing, laughing and just having a generally fantastic time.
The Villa itself is extremely comfortable; despite the very hot temperatures is outside. The air-conditioning in each of the bedrooms was a godsend!
We spent many evenings sitting with a beer or glass of wine outside, taking in all the different sounds of the wildlife and just enjoying each other’s company in such a beautiful setting - mosquito repellent is advised however!
About 1.5 hours from Pisa airport, Villa Sabrina is a fabulous rural but central location for anyone, wishing to explore Tuscan countryside and cities, such as Florence (via Poggibonsi train station), Volterra, Siena, and of course, the truly wonderful San Gimignano, only minutes away.
A car is a must but this is definitely a trip that we as a family will never forget. Thank you.

Villa Sabrina is een geweldig huis, zowel binnen als buiten. Heel verzorgd, goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht is adembenemend mooi. De tuin is prachtig en heel groot, met een fantastisch zwembad. Op de veranda kun je heerlijk zitten. De service van de eigenaar is prima. Wij hebben een perfect verblijf gehad.

Villa Sabrina was a lovely location for our group of 4 friends. Our host, Sabrina, was so nice! She greeted us when we arrived and left a big basket of goodies! She left a fruit tart and a bottle of wine mid week. The villa was very quaint, well stocked and the views were just spectacular! While it was a little too cool to use the pool, it was very clean and inviting. The villa is attached to another home where our host lives. It has a separate entrance, but we didn’t see each other during our stay. Highly recommend Villa Sabrina!

The Villa was a wonderful place for our family stay, and the property was as described in the website. Sabrina was very kind and detailed oriented to make sure that everything was working, and she was also very responsive when needed. She also surprised us with a basket gift with local food, which made our day. The location of the property is also very convenient and easy to access.

A beautiful home on beautiful grounds. Excellent location for day trips to nearby villages, wineries, and scenery. Our host greeted us like family and we were well taken care of. An absolutely dreamy trip. We hope to be back someday!

We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in Villa Sabrina. Het huis is zeer gezellig en zeer goed verzorgd, heel schoon en werkelijk alles was aanwezig. Sabrina, de eigenaar, is een schat van een vrouw die zeer behulpzaam is en je verwent met allerlei lekkernijen. Dit is een perfect huis met een perfecte host! We komen graag een andere keer weer terug!

Very nice and calm location. The house, the garden and the pool area are very well-tended. Sabrina and Stefano are nice and kind hosts. They helped us whenever we had a question. But in the same time you don't even recognize they are living right next door. We really appreciated the welcome basket with lots of nice Tuscany food and we also appreciated the wine with the homemade cake in the middle of our stay. Thanks for everything. I would always recommend this to anyone!

A superb location for touring Tuscany, this villa exceeded expectations in every way. The villa was well managed by brilliant hosts and had all the amenities you would expect. What made the villa extra special was the outdoor space which was the best of any villa I have stayed in. Immaculate and huge garden and pool area with views over the rolling Tuscan landscape. You couldn't ask for more!

The venue is very nice. Great view outside. Nice property. Good location to visit some cities: Siena, Florence, Pisa,... The house is spacious and clean. Since the outside temperatures were low during night, we used house heating. You can regulate the temperature you need/like. The landlord lady is very friendly. She habdled all necesary matters promptly. Only challenge was, that she doesn't speak English very well. But that was really not a problem for us at all. We could understand each other.

The house, pool area and garden are beautiful, especially the garden and pool area which are breathtaking, which makes this a perfect place to stay.
Kitchen is very complete and seating ideal for cooking an eating. House is spacious with great bathrooms.
Only two points of attention are that the house is relatively close to a somewhat noisy main road and that there is no air con in the rooms, which could have been nice. owner extremely helpful and friendly

Ein sehr schönes Haus, aber das sieht man ja auch schon auf den Bildern. Toller Pool, tolle Einrichtung und traumhafte Lage. Aber es sind die netten Kleinigkeiten, die die Villa perfekt machen und die man nicht auf den Bildern sieht. Bei Ankunft stand in der Küche ein Korb mit Lebensmitteln für den ersten Tag, nach ein paar Tagen stand ein Kuchen und eine Flasche Wein für uns auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Müllbeutel, Alufolie, Gewürze...alles vorhanden. Schöne farbige, flauschige und gut riechende Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Es duftete überhaupt überall sehr gut!

Esperienza incredibile. Casa davvero bellissima curata e pulita. La zona piscina poi è pazzesca. Sabrina e Stefano sono due persone gentilissime e molto accomodanti. La casa è in zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa posizionata a 5 minuti da San Gimignano, perfetta per raggiungere in breve tempo Firenze, Siena, Volterra e tanto altro. Torneremo sicuramente se ripasseremo in zona. Super consigliata.

We enjoyed our stay in this conveniently located villa! Perfect for two couples or a small family. The location is very close to San Gimignano. There is also a grocery store 5 minutes away. Easy access to highways to Florence, Siena, etc. The owners live on the other side of the villa. The were very respectful of our privacy and very quiet. I would highly recommend this villa for your Tuscan stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Sabrina’s. The grounds are immaculate, facilities complete, a well maintained beautiful pool and the beds were very comfortable. The induction to use the house was simple and effective. The host was lovely, provided a basket of groceries and one day even surprised us with a cake and a bottle of wine.

Wonderful villa in an ideal location for exploring central Tuscany. Stella made us feel very welcome and made a delightful cake for the family. Although the owner lives next door, we barely saw or heard from them. Views were incredible being perched on top of a hill in a rural setting. within 10mins drive of San Gimignano which is ideal

Beautiful place. The house was well stocked and great layout for a larger family gathering or an intimate vacation. We were close enough to visit Venice, Pisa, Florence, and Rome. One of our favorite cities, San Gimignano, was only minutes away. A must see if you have the opportunity to stay in the region. The host was very friendly and even made us a cake and gave us wine about mid-way during our stay. There was also a welcome basket with basics so we had something to eat the first morning and a great dinner another day. Thanks for everything!

Outstanding quality, value and location. Spectacular elevated vistas for enjoying Tuscan sunrise and sunset. Very manageable distance for fun and rewarding day trips to Volterra, Montepulciano, Siena and a memorable loop that included the Lucca antique market and lunch on the Mediterranean coast in Castiglioncello. Had fun cooking meals on the bbq. A+++, can't wait to come back!!!"

What a wonderful time we enjoyed in Tuscany! The accommodations were first-rate and very comfortable. Due to the late summer, we did not get into the pool, but enjoyed relaxing there. The location is really central to all the places in Tuscany we wanted to visit, and it was no problem getting to Florence to visit The Uffizi Art Museum. We especially appreciated the Sabrina's hospitality and kindness. The coffee cake she baked for us was greatly appreciated and did not last long! We would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved our stay at Villa Sabrina. For A family of 5 adults it was very well equipped, well laid out and had plenty of privacy. Fantastic weather helped as we were able to utilise the outdoor space. Location was perfect for us though a car was essential!

a beautiful villa in a beautiful location. Although a vehicle is required. All major cities are accessible from this property either by car or train (local station at Poggibonsi has regular trains to Florence/Pisa etc. The swimming pool was very large, great for a family. The owners live next door and were extremely helpful and left freshly picked figs one day and a delicious pie and bottle of wine another.
I would recommend Villa Sabrina and the location .

Our family had a wonderful week at Villa Sabrina. The host, Sabrina, thinks of everything including pool towels, a welcome basket, and a lovely homemade tart that she dropped off with a bottle of chianti. The house is well maintained and well appointed with cooking utensils, spices, etc. The pool is lovely and a welcome spot on hot days with plenty of lounging furniture and a large umbrella for shade. The location is great for touring Tuscany and we made day trips to Florence, Siena, Montalcino, Volterra and the Chianti country side. We found roadside wine stands and fun restaurants nearby. Our son and daughter hiked the Via Francigena. In the evenings, we enjoyed dinner from the shaded front porch overlooking the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

We stayed at the villa, which is a short drive from beautiful and historic town of San Gimignano for a wonderful week in July, 2018. From a location standpoint, it is an ideal jumping off point for people who want to see the real Tuscan countryside. An easy one hour drive from the Florence airport, the home is situated on a secluded hill with beautiful views. The home has a spacious three-bedroom private half which we rented. This half is where the pool is and includes beautifully landscaped terraces. The home is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Conveniently, the owner lives in the other half, but the two halves are completely separate, so there is complete privacy. Upon arrival we received a beautiful basket of food and kitchen goods, mid week there was a lovely cake and bottle of wine waiting for us after a day of sightseeing. From this house, it is a short ride to wineries, olive pressing cooperatives, small towns with pasta factories and much more authentic parts of rural Tuscan life – all of which we did during our week there. We were absolutely delighted with the accommodations and would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to see the true face of Tuscany.

What a fantastic villa!! Take a steep drive up an unsealed stoned track and arrive at this little gem of a property. Totally secluded but only 3 mins drive from San Gimignano, 4 mins drive from Poggibonssi PAM supermarket and if you drive the 3km of the unsealed track before turning up the hill, you'll fine a great organic winery with amazing views and equally amazing wines to sample for a small fee (12 euros ea with local cheese, breads and chutneys - and water to cleanse the palate) - and you'll probably be the only ones there! The villa was very clean, has all of the tools required for cooking lovely food, great outdoor seating, immaculate gardens and the pool was cleaned daily whilst you awoke in the mornings and what a great pool.
You can catch the train from Poggibonsi to Florence - just remember to validate your ticket PRIOR to getting on the train - it's the little box on the train station wall that looks like a hand sanitising dispenser.... otherwise it's a 60 euro fine per ticket!!
This was our 2nd stay in two separate villas in Tuscany, both have been exceptional - this one wins it on location and idyllic setting. It comfortably sleeps 6 people in 3 rooms - past this it's a sofa bed in the lounge.

What a super holiday experience!
The villa is beautifully located on a hill and had the most amazing views I've ever seen! Waking up to fog rolling over the Tuscan hills and seeing the sun set behind them are near magical moments of utter peace and as enjoyable on a hot sunny day as on a rainy day.
The place was clean, spacious and had an authentic Tuscan feel while offering all mod cons of big comfortable baths, showers, central heating, TV, DVD player, etc.
When we arrived there was a basket waiting for us with all food essentials to start our holiday as soon as we walked into the place.
The hosts were very welcoming and as they lived next door, when we needed help with a minor thing it was fixed in a matter of minutes. Now that's service. And no, the fact they lived next door did not interfere with any sense of privacy etc. The house is laid out in such a way you won’t even notice you have neighbours.
The fact that one day we came home from a day trip and there was a freshly baked pie and a bottle of wine waiting for us on the terrace, shows how important it was for them to make sure our experience was the best possible.
The swimming pool was well maintained and this was done early in the morning so we could always swim in a clean pool as soon as the sun made us wish to do so.
The wonderful city of San Gimignano was only a short drive away and from the location of the villa, you had the best view on the city. Daytrips were had to many of the beautiful cities in the area such as Florence, Sienna, Volterra, Pisa, etc. so the location of the villa is not just good to visit the local town but for anyone who wants to explore Tuscany as a whole.
On all levels, it was a perfect holiday. I'd definitely return here.

We had the most incredible vacation at this villa. Sabrina was wonderful from start to finish-- welcoming us with a lovely basket of goodies, bringing us cake and wine throughout our stay, and making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. The house itself is wonderful -- exactly as shown in photos. The yard/garden is well-manicured and vibrant. The house is clean with good sized bedrooms. We traveled with two young children and Sabrina provided a playhouse and slide for the yard-- such a treat! The property is totally child-friendly. Sabrina lives in an attached villa with her family, but you rarely see or hear them. It was quite private and remote, and perfect for our family. We would absolutely recommend this villa and would love to come back again!

Ein richtig schöner Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung mit tollen Gastgebern. Die Räume sind gross, der Garten sehr schön, der Blick fantastisch und die Nähe zu San Gimignano sehr praktisch. Den Kamin haben wir zu dieser Jahreszeit noch nicht benutzt, ist aber sicherlich sehr gemütlich! Wir kommen wohl mal an Weihnachten.

Das Haus ist wirklich klasse. Liegt ganz nah bei San Gimignano und Florenz und Siena ist in weniger als einer Stunde erreichbar.
Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, etwas erhöht mit schöner Aussicht. Die Mieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Mit dem Pool, der nur für die Feriengäste dieses Haus ist, lässt es sich super nach den Städtebesuchen erholen. Wir würden das Haus jedenfalls wieder mieten, sollte es in die Toskana gehen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub

The property and location were excellent; the aspect was sunny and warm, and the pool was always invitingly close.
