Descriptif de la Propriété
Trois appartements dans une caractéristique ancienne ferme, située au cœur du val d’Orcia, à quelques kilomètres de Montalcino. Position dominante avec belle vue sur les vignobles. La maison qui se trouve sur les terres d’un important domaine renommé pour sa production du fameux vin Brunello, a été restaurée respectant la typique architecture toscane. Ameublement confortable de style rustique avec quelques pièces authentiques. Chaque appartement est équipé avec alarme, chauffage central indépendant et sèche-cheveux dans le bain principal. Accès par une route de terre battue de 1km.

- belle terrasse panoramique avec piscine (5 x 14m, prof. max. 1,60m, ouverte du 1/5 au 30/9)

Great location. Large space. Good air conditioning. Handheld shower in the main bathroom lacked a ‘hook’ to hang it on. The kitchen could use a few more utensils including tools for the grill. Nice pool.

Men vilket hus, lägenhet. Toppen med tanke på att vi var 6 stycken och behövde sovrum för fyra, så detta var toppen. Fint inuti, trevlig uteplats på en liten avsats. Alla tillbehör finns om man vill göra frukost, lunch middag i huset, bara åka till affären och handla. Pool med solsängar och solstolar, stort område runt om poolen. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hus om man vill vara lite privat och kan köra bil och ta sig lite runt om.

Ho prenotato L’alloggio per trascorrere 3 giorni insieme alla mia famiglia, per un totale di 7 persone. L’appartamento è pulitissimo, accogliente e in un contesto meraviglioso. La piscina e la possibilità di organizzare barbecue sono plus che contribuiscono a rendere Il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglierei l’esperienza!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Montalcino! Het is een magistraal pand met een fijn zwembad en prachtige uitzichten. We zouden zelf niet meer zo snel een huis zonder airco boeken rond deze tijd. Ondanks de dikke muren was het echt te heet ‘s nachts, met name voor de kleine kinderen.

la casa si trova in mezzo alle vigne di moltalcino e gode di una vista memorabile. La casa si presenta rustica ma curata e gli spazi sono ben organizzati. la piscina all'esterno è un toccasana nei giorni più caldi. consigliato anche per la cordialità del personale dell'azienda.

The apartment is just amazing, the pool is great and what a view on Montalcino!!!! Very quite ( we had the privilage and were the only guests), spacious rooms, great common space. And you have to go to Caparzo for wine tasting! Obligatory!:) really a hidden gem of Tuscany. 100% recommended.

Il soggiorno al Podere è stato eccezionale. L’appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, la posizione della villa immersa nei vigneti lascia senza parole e la piscina ne è il valore aggiunto. Unica pecca, anche se non ha creato disagi, è stata la mancanza del Wi-Fi.

Excellent location, wide and clean apartment. Staff has been very kind. Due to bad weather didn 't use the pool. Only problem: no wi-fi. Nowadays quite strange.

Overall we had a lovely stay a Brunello. Lots of day trips to explore from this central location just below Montalcino. Must book a wine tasting with them . Allesandra and Alexsandra were fantastic tour guides and provided us with a fabulous lunch with wine tasting!!

My husband and I had a wonderful week in the charming farm-
house with the most spectacular wiew to the winefields and to Montalcino- the standard of the house was very fine it was
wellfunctioning and clean as wel was the area round the house and the pool.Only we should have liked a little better and bigger frying pan to prepare the very good t-bone steaks and more.
We will especially remember the most fantastic help and kindness from the owner of the property Andrea . The way he helped us and his hospitality in all ways cold not be emphasizid enough.
This wonderfull place we will surely return to and recommend.
